I have conquered something new. I recently learned how to knit. Here is a pic of my 1st finished blancket. Riley is thrilled with it.

Awesome Kid Day

At Riley's school, the last day of the school year is called Awesome Kid Day. It is a carnival for all the kids. Richie and I took Riley and Jaxson. They had a great time. They got sno-cones, popcorn, tattoos, hair painted, moonwalks, and other games.

Riley's Last Day of School

Today was my Riley Bear's last day of Mother's Day Out. Here are the pictures from her 1st day of school and her last day of school. Green and white outfit- 1st day, Pink/purple outfit- last day.

Riley played so hard after ballet this weak that has wore out the feet in her tights before passing out on the couch.

Jaxson- Fun Day

Today was Fun Day at Jaxson's school. The kids were partnered up and got to go to different stations (moonwalks, tattoos, sno-cones, etc.). Jaxson had a blast with his friends. Richie and I went up to the school and watched them. We are blessed to be able to be there on Jaxson's special days.

Emalee's Graduation

This Saturday, Alan's wife, Emalee, graduated from the University of St. Thomas. The kids and I went to the graduation with my family then over to Alan and Emalee's house to celebrate.

Riley's Recital Costumes 2009

Today we received Riley's dance recital costumes for this year. She is doing a ballet dance with a Miss America theme. And her jazz dance is a fitness routine.

Jaxson- Crazy Hair Day

Today is Crazy Hair Day at Jaxson's school. I spiked his hair (the best I could), then sprayed it purple and black. He was super excited.

Mother's Day 2009

Mother's Day has been great so far. I got up and Jaxson and I went for donuts and Starbucks. We took my mom a rose and some Starbucks to start her day off right too. Jaxson also gave me a necklace he made for me at school. VERY SPECIAL!

After getting ready, the kids and I went to lunch at Barcenas with my parents. YUMMY! Richie didn't go, he had to work. After lunch, mom offered to take the kids for a couple hours. What a great mother's day gift! So I am enjoying some "me time".

1st Day at Our Pool

On Saturday, May 9th, Richie and I took Jaxson and Riley to our Westover Park Pool. They had a blast testing out their new skills from swimming lessons. I look forward to a long summer of swimming with my 2 lil fish.
